Advocate for Patients
Our Advocate pillar ensures families affected by maternal mortality and morbidity receive immediate support, and that systems change through direct response, corporate engagement, and policy convenings.
Advocacy at 4Kira4Moms spans direct family support and systemic change. The Maternal Mortality Response Team (MMRT) provides wraparound services within 24 hours. We also convene experts for Project 2030, partner with corporate champions, and run Paternal Centers of Excellence (PCOE) through our companion initiative, 4Kira4Dads.

Maternal Mortality Response Team (MMRT)
Direct-response program offering wraparound services, resources, and trauma support within 24 hours of a near-miss event or death of a pregnant/birthing mother. Provides essentials (food, formula, diapers, baby supplies), grief support, legal support, and social services. To date we have helped over 100 families.
Paternal Centers of Excellence (PCOE)
Paternal Centers of Excellence (PCOE)—educating, guiding, and supporting fathers as they advocate for mother and child through pregnancy, birth, and post-partum. 4Kira4Dads 'Locker Rooms' are the settings for our PCOE.
